We provide 1099's to agents who we pay directly. If you received your commissions from title paid out at closing, you would not receive a 1099 from us for the income commission. Those commissions are to be reported to the IRS by you directly on your Schedule C as earned income. If you would like to be issued a 1099 for commission you received directly from title, email us the following:

LEASE INVOICES AND REFERRALS Use the invoice template for apartment leases and send the invoice to the community management company for payment. Most communities pay out 30-90 days after move-in date but can push it out to 120 days. You may want to follow up with them at 30, 60, 90, and 120 days as needed to ensure your invoice is submitted for payment.
